It was just before 6 o'clock in the evening when the band known as Bastille took to the stage to start of the evenings entertainment. Those of us that had been standing for 6 hours were more than in the mood for some music and their opening song "Bad Blood" was more than satisfactory. 420 day has been occurring in Hyde Park for several years now in protest to Cannabis Prohibition. This is an account of what happened when I ventured into the event on the 20th of April 2013. Cannabis smokers from across the country coming together in the beautiful scenery of Hyde Park for the annual 420 day smoke up.
